PCI’s state-of-the-art culinary facility is an architectural delight, designed by chefs, offering beautiful classrooms and showroom style kitchens filled with new, top-notch equipment.

It starts with seven magnificent teaching kitchens, all designed for the benefit of offering our students the highest quality in training facilities. Don’t forget our modern Demonstration Theater Kitchens, where students observe the chef instructors displaying all the techniques that will be executed in their training kitchens that day. Each kitchen is equipped with contemporary equipment and appliances. PCI provides a student library/resource center, complete with computer terminals, wireless internet access, and a wide range of reference material. You will have access to a convenient locker room and changing area, as well as a comfortable student lounge.

Our wine cellar classroom is bound to rival the world’s greatest tasting rooms. Surrounded by thousands of glass encased bottles of magnificent wines, you’ll learn in the most modern tasting facility to date. Each seat has a sink and a platform for twelve glasses of wine. Up-lit tabletops and specially designed spotlights reveal the hue, clarity and brilliance of the more than $12,000 worth of wine you will taste throughout the program. Finally, plasma screens and an automated projection screen are in place for audio-visual lessons. Whether you’re studying the world’s wine regions, sensory analysis, food and wine pairing, or blind tasting methodology, you’ll be in the ultimate educational environment.

Additionally, our expansion includes classrooms, computer labs and a student store.
