In as little as eight months, from start to finish, students in our Baking & Pastry Arts program will be trained in everything from pastry dough, cake production, fillings, pies, cookies, tartlets, and creams, to the science and skill of baking bread. You will also study international dessert recipes, and one area that melts even the hardest of hearts, the many forms and uses of chocolates and candies. The program will also cover the presentation of plated and buffet desserts, and everything from composition and design to the use of fondants and marzipans.
This will be followed by a paid externship in a professional foodservice establishment, so you can hit the ground running as you begin your career in bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, hotels, or other professional establishments anywhere in the world.

There's no need to sugar coat it. PCI will put you on the fast track towards an exciting career in the Baking & Pastry Arts.
