Where are you located?
The Professional Culinary Institute is located 35 miles south of San Francisco in the city of Campbell. The Hospitality Management Program is delivered in our new Hospitality Wing that contains classrooms, computer labs, a wine cellar classroom and its own dedicated teaching kitchen.
How long are your classes?
Classes are 5 hours in length and are delivered 5 days a week Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 1:00pm
What degree will I have when I finish?
The program awards an Associate of Occupational Science in Hospitality Management.
How long is the program?
Our program is an accelerated program including 44 weeks of classroom work and 320 hours of paid externship. It can be completed in 1 year.

The Hospitality Industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the world. As a graduate of PCI you will have opportunities not only in hotels and resorts but also other types of lodging operations, the food service and beverage industry, the gaming industry, the travel industry, the recreation industry and many more.
