PCI Weekend Cooking Program
Learn to cook like the pros in the most fun and exciting amateur cooking program in the Bay Area. Each class begins with a continental breakfast and a detailed demonstration by our expert staff. In one of our brand new professional baking and pastry or culinary kitchens where you will be given hands on instruction while you prepare your dish. Afterwards, plan on tasting the delicious fruits of your labor. You'll advance your cooking techniques and culinary knowledge. Included in the fee are your apron and recipe packet.
