Opening March, 2007, our new wine cellar classroom is bound to rival the world's greatest tasting rooms. Surrounded by thousands of glass encased bottles of magnificent wine, you'll learn in the most modern tasting facility to date. Each seat has a sink and a counter for twelve glasses of wine. Up-lit tabletops and specially designed spotlights reveal the hue, clarity, and brilliance of the more than $12,000 worth of wine you will taste.
Finally, plasma screens and an automated projection screen are in place for audio-visual lessons. The cellar is not the only place you'll study. You'll learn food and wine pairing in one of our state-of-the-art culinary school teaching kitchens, and take field trips to local wineries. So whether you're studying the world's wine regions, sensory analysis, food and wine pairing, wine making, or blind tasting methodology, you'll be in the ultimate educational environment.
