Staffed by world-renowned chefs, dedicated to providing students with the fastest way to a world-class culinary education, PCI serves as the campus for the Certified Sommelier Program as well. This cohabitation allows students at the Certified Sommelier Program at PCI to enjoy all the benefits of PCI and its facilities. In fact, part of the curriculum will take place in one of the stellar culinary instruction kitchens, where our sommelier students will learn firsthand about wine's intricate interaction with food. Other classes will be held in our brand new wine cellar classroom, designed for the optimum sensory evaluation of wine.
