Where are you located?
The Professional Culinary Institute is located 35 miles south of San Francisco in the city of Campbell California in the greater San Jose area.
How long are your classes?
Classes are 5 hours in length and are available in morning, midday or evening sessions.
How long is the program?
Both Baking and Culinary Programs are 600 hour of instruction, followed by a paid 240 hour externship. Classes may be taken full-time, half-time or part-time. A full-time schedule allows you to graduate in eight months, half-time in twelve months and part-time in ten months.
Do you provide Job Placement?
The Professional Culinary Institute provides Job Placement assistance to its current students and its graduates through their entire career.
