- Baked Consomme with thyme scent
- Lamb Crown with roast vegetables and potatoes
- Branzino oven baked with herbs and butter served whole
- Chocolate, strawberry, and seasonal fruit fondue

Quick Chocolate Mousse

Join Chef Alana and learn how to create delicious sweets for that special someone! We'll make a favorite standby "Molten Chocolate Cake" that never fails to please. Moving on to new techniques, we'll make beurre noisette and incorporate that into a moist and delicious Madeleine. Who can go wrong with dark chocolate truffles filled with a passion fruit ganache? Finally, we'll learn a quick chocolate mousse you can make in a pinch that is sure to endear you to your Valentine.

Antipasto Party

Description: Here's a plan for a party that will ward off those winter time rainy blues -- serve up a dozen antipasto dishes that will instantly transport you to sunny Italy. Starting off with a couple of delightful aperitivi such as a classic Americano and a Bianco Macchiato, Evelyne will guide you through the shopping list and advance preparation of this easy and fun way to entertain.
