Culinary: 10am-2:30pm $150.00
Perfect Vegetables: Best Techniques for Best Results
Chef Charles Vollmar
Description: It is often said that vegetables are only as good as their preparation. In this informative class, a variety of cooking methods will be discussed and demonstrated to determine the best techniques to bring out the flavors and textures of the season's best produce. Participants will receive an exhaustive list of vegetables and preferred preparation techniques to preserve nutrition and present vegetables in their best light.

Basic Cake Decorating (three hours only)

In this class you will be provided with a basic kit to begin decorating. This class will give you the skills to ice a cake correctly, understand the use of the piping bag and the tips provided. Simple piping techniques will be covered, such as borders and draping.

An Italian Pasta Primer
Chef Evelyne Slomon
Description: Explore the wonderful world of Italian pasta. In this fun class, Evelyne will introduce you to an array of fresh and dried pastas, and how to pair the right shape with the proper sauce. Students will learn how to make hand-produced fresh pastas and cook up some fabulous sauces for dried and fresh pasta dishes. If you love pasta, this is the class for you: warning these dishes can be habit forming.
